Our Story
Since 2022, SK Mankilam has been more than a local government unit. We are a movement of young people who refuse to let their barangay stand still. From the rolling hills of Purok Mabuhay to the busy streets of Purok Pagkakaisa, our chairpersons and Kagawad work every day to make sure every youth is seen.
This platform was born from a simple conviction: public service should never require you to miss work or stand in a long line. Every program you need, every form you submit, every update you receive, it should all happen at your convenience.
Kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan. And in Mankilam, that hope is alive and growing.

Inter-Purok Basketball League
Over 600 spectators, 16 competing teams, and zero incidents. Our youth proved sportsmanship is alive.

32 Scholars Enrolled
A record-high scholarship intake for academic year 2024-2025, fully supported through community contributions.

Barangay Mankilam Clean-Up Drive
200 volunteers collected 3.2 tons of waste across the barangay in a single Saturday morning.
